Qus 1: What is the Size of label we can do on tagless printers ?

The size of the label that a tagless printer can do depends on the size of the ink cup used on the machine. For example, a Cup of 60 mm can print an area up to 55 mm, Ink cup of 90mm can print up to 85mm and an ink cup of 130 can print labels up to 125 mm. These print areas offered by Taggyboy tagless printers are much larger than the print areas of other make machines.

Qus 2: How much is the Minimum ink quantity required to operate a tagless printer ?

The taggyboy tagless printer start its printing operation by using as low as 20 gm of Farbatex ink.

Qus 3: What is the minimum qty of ink a customer has to purchase to start printing ?

The quantity of ink required to begin printing operation by tagless printer depends on the number of impressions one has to make. With just 20 gms of ink, one can start printing of neck labels. The minimum packaging available is 1kg.

Preciteel cliché plates give up to 500,000 impressions.

Qus 8: How much is the time required and process to change ink .

The farbatex ink, once put into the patented non-magnetic cup lasts 8-12 hours after which it begins to solidify.
The time needed to change the ink is 5-10 minutes.
